I've actually had better experiences with the people who work there than the people at other doctors offices.
I've been a client since they opened, and have had quite a different experience. Most people realize that it may not always be possible for staff to pick up the phone with the large number of people serviced, but I have always received a call back within 2-24 hours, depending on the nature of the call and the urgency. This is based upon probably 30-40 calls over 7 years.
