Does anybody else absolutely hate the people that work there , I've tried calling them a couple times and they never answer the phone never call you back and yet they wonder why people go to the emergency room

I've actually had better experiences with the people who work there than the people at other doctors offices.

I've been a client since they opened, and have had quite a different experience. Most people realize that it may not always be possible for staff to pick up the phone with the large number of people serviced, but I have always received a call back within 2-24 hours, depending on the nature of the call and the urgency. This is based upon probably 30-40 calls over 7 years.
