My daughter decided to use this facility as her PCP a few months ago wanting to experience more community based care. Wednesday she called in a refill of a med that she can’t miss a dose of. She was to run out Friday. Thursday she went to the pharmacy, not called in yet. Friday morning we went back as she was now out. We called and spoke with a receptionist for 15 minutes after waiting 20 to get someone in the phone. She “accidentally” hung up on us and never called us back. We called in again, reached another receptionist and told her what med we needed refilled and she was unable to reach my daughters Dr. She told us to go to the ER. I asked to have someone else fill it as we were right at the pharmacy, as she said she couldn’t reach anyone. She did see that it was called into a different pharmacy so we called them and they had no record of anything for my daughter, or any scripts called into them for her. The pharmacist we use even called them, and was unable to reach anyone. (They never called it in)We headed to urgent care where a Dr called in the script and we were able to fill it. I told the receptionist that I demanded a call back from Shelly and still (Sunday) have not heard a word. I know that a lot of low income people use this facility and it’s been eye opening/concerning to see the lack of care they give. I would never recommend anyone use this facility and feel sad for anyone who has to.

My Dr. Is retired so unfortunately he is only available on Fridays. I have known him for quite some time now. He helped my family years ago financially when we so poor we couldn't afford otc medications. We also text back and forth for med refills or any symptoms Iam experiencing. I really feel like he cares.

Horrible staff with the worst attitudes. You’d think they’re the only ones dealing with society and Covid-19 related problems. Left a message two weeks ago for adverse reaction to medication and never heard a thing from my doctor. They say don’t go to the ER, they’re overflowing but they don’t give you a choice while hiding from zoom at home. Finally received a call back from some snobby nurse who would rather correct me on things I’m saying than actually help. I’m so sick of everyone hiding behind Covid-19. We have all had it or are going to get it no reason to treat other like complete garbage because you all made the choice to be in this field of work.

Very impressed with the young vibrant staff. Checkin was prompt, pleasant and kind. Only waited 5 min past the scheduled time. Doc and resident attending were professional and sincerely responsive to my concerns.
