The panty is open from 11 AM - 2 PM. I believe they start handing out numbers at 10:30 AM. All you need is ID. The kind folks who run the pantry are very well organized and a delight to interact with. Be well.
The hours have changed get a number at 10:00am until 11:30am you will need 2 forms of identification, you have to be living within the zip code
I'm really not sure about how the pantry is ran. My advice would be call the the rectory during normal business hours. You can find the number on Google Maps. Hope this helped you.
