I try and visit this location several times and the employees are never in the store. The door is always locked, lights on with no one I'm site. This store is poorly managed and needs to just be shut down

I love this store...their customer service is AMAZING. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a welcome and a smile. From its manager Kevin to the Staff Jay and Trey make your shopping experience very pleasant. There is a lids hat store at the same mall and I rather go pass it and see the guys at the locker room shop
