Thanks for asking, Lyle. We get that question a lot. Non-Emergency Medical Transport service can get expensive and it's nice when the cost is covered by insurance. To know for sure, I always refer people to their Medicare, Medicaid or regular insurance case manager for details. Unfortunately, we do not work directly with Medicare/Medicaid. If you have supplemental insurance, this may be the first place to start as many supplemental coverage plans include transportation for medical necessity. Call your case manager to ask if your policy includes transportation. They will get all your details and may even make the transport arrangements for you. If they make the arrangements, give them our name and hopefully we will see you at your pickup!
