We have been here for 4 weeks and it’s our favorite spot. Nice people, quiet neighborhood, lots of activities. Close to everything. We stayed in the rv part and we will be back here in May!

This was our first visit here. We stayed for 3 months on the RV side of the park and were pleasantly surprised at this pretty, friendly, over 55 community, where we felt felt welcomed from day one. They have perminent, seasonal and short stay opportunities. The sites were a good size and well maintained with a full-time RV host who was always helpful... Thank you Ron. Location was great, with easy access to everything the area had to offer. We will definitely make a return visit!

358 Shoreland is listed, recently remodeled with new addition in the front.. GORGEOUS! Definitely worth checking out!!!
No, mobile home park. I think they only build stick homes in the jungle.
They are 55+ and stick to that. If you are married to someone 55 you can live here.
Lived there for 10 years and loved the two rivers it lies between. Great get togethers during season and cookouts.

I don't know that. I only visited there. You buy the mobile home but don't own the land.
Some people that have small rvs rent another for there grand children to come and visit for a couple of weeks. Then the unit goes back to the rental people. I thought that was nice. But mostly there are homes there. Only a few rvs.
