Upload the Walmart App, then under Savings Catcher you scan your receipt every time you buy something at Walmart. Savings catcher is the online receipt keeper. Scan then throw away your receipt and you can always retrieve your receipt on the Walmart App! Then you need to return something, you always have the receipt on your phone! Plus when you scan your receipt and Walmart finds it cheaper they will refund you the difference

I don't think you can use a picture. I'd try it tho. Sometimes reciept are emailed. Regardless, a store credit will be issued. And you can only make 3 returns per year without a reciept.
If you don't have a receipt they will give you store credit.
I doubt it. But they will give you a store gift card if you dont have one.
