14 is the mimimum age
Good question! They like money during slow season so I don't know. I've never seen anyone there younger than 13-14 and NEVER without parental supervision physically next to the lil' man/woman. Gotta call on that one. Mid morning or mid afternoon would be the best time for latitude however.
