I have been a member of this gym since the first day it opened as well as the previous two gyms that were in this spot, in addition to four other gyms in the area. This gym has a major outstanding problem that is only getting bigger. The filming. This gyms management has allowed filming on the gym floor to go unabated. No matter what day or time I go to this gym, it’s members have cameras setup everywhere. Despite the gym stating this in its privacy policy: “30.PHOTOGRAPHY. Members cannot film workouts or use photographers in the Club facility without written permission from ownership.” In addition to this being obnoxious and weird, it continues to hinder the members ability to use equipment and retain any level of privacy. My wife has gone back to LA Fitness due to this gym being overrun by children with cameras. My friends wife has also stopped going to this Amped location. To whomever at Amped management reads these reviews, if anyone. The question is do you run this gym? Or are you going to continue letting the members run you? It’s time to step up and enforce the rules and policies of this gym. For every one good member you have three bad ones. It’s time to clean this place up. Members who don’t want to abide by gym etiquette should be told to leave. It would take one week of the management walking the gym floor to clean this place up. It’s a easy task, but it’s going to take someone who cares to turn this place around.
