My son found a 4 week old male kitten. We took him to the vet for eye infections. They gave a quote of 215.00 for shots and a quote for a neutering of 250.00. What is the earliest we can get him neutered? Do you also give vaccinations??.

Its a charitable clinic. That does amazing work. So your not going to get an appointment as quickly as a private vet. Ask for their soonest app. Yes they do shots. As do low cost shot clinics every weekend at various places. $215. & $250. are quite high. But you say the kitten is 4wks? You have time for an appointment, google shot clinics, you should be able to find onr for this weekend.
