Just show up on the 18th between 8 - 10 and just tell them the name.
Leave them a voice mail so you can give them the new contact tele number. They are very good about returning calls in the afternoon. I would suggest that your appt for cooper is under his previous owners tele and they would call a couple of days before to confirm with the number they have on file so make sure you change that.
