Hi, recently a stray cat in my neighborhood has given birth to kittens they are all together with the mother. However before they grow up I would like to get them spay/neutered. Does this place offer TNR for free?

Not free. But they have great rates. Check out thier website. There is a wait, schedule online only, and make sure they are of age before you take them. I suggest printing, and filling out forms before you go as well.
