Absolutely with Magic Band. Not likely with Apple pay or Samsung Pay because you have to give the card to the server at the table and they take it to the pos machine to process your payment.
I'm pretty sure you can pay with magic band. Ask them when you make the reservation. You have to make a reservation or you will have to wait a very long time. I heartily recomend you try the chicken and donuts, it's the best food we had the whole time we were at Disneyworld
