Yes! They are a Christian based hospital. When I checked in they asked my religion, I said I'm an Atheist. I was there 2 full days. My bill was over $20,000. When I told them I didn't have health insurance they had a woman come visit me from billing. She got all my info and after proving my low income she told me there would be NO charge! Every other hospital I've been too treats you like literal garbage when they find you have no ins. I was flooded! This is the only hospital I will ever go to again. They also told me if I ever needed help to just come back...I only wish I had a vehicle so I could volunteer my time. 5/5 stars

I would call the hospital ask directly. I can tell you since this hospital is owned by 7th day Adventist there is a big emphasis on healing and faith. I like that. There are inspirational quotes on the walls. I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

2 years ago when I was in the hospital there, a woman gave me a card that had Patients Advocate on it. So I believe they do, but not sure what you are looking for or if they still do. I didn't have the need for one, so never called the number.

Not sure. My career in the medical field was all on east coast. Just moved to area last year. Call and see, if they cant help go on internet. Or look up pt advoctes n hopefully one will be able to direct you in right direction. Also try some of the admin, they actually do want to help
