If service department is open till 6pm why did service tell me they close at 3PM? I arrive at 4PM for an oil change but they said service closes at 3PM Saturday. I suggested they update the info on Google so they don't waste customers time.

Our apologies for your inconvenience. Google only allows one set of hours to be posted. The dealership is open until 6 pm on Saturday. Service hours, as posted on our website, are 7 am to 5 pm on Saturday. Although our Express Lane closes down at 3 pm, we should have been able to get your oil change done if you arrived at 4 pm, unless we were at capacity already at that time. Although it is our goal to promptly service all drive up customers, appointments are recommended. Please contact our service manager so that we can make up for your Saturday experience.
