Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune problem. And I would not think that it could cause it but it may worsen your conditions. I would call Reeder and nussbaum they have been attorneys of mine for a while and they could answer that better

Fibromyalgia is a condition that is very complicated and difficult to not only diagnose, but also to treat. Certainly there are situations where an accident may cause or exacerbate a person's injuries or condition, thus leading to fibromyalgia. Due to the complexity of this condition, fibromyalgia is something that should be diagnosed and treated by a medical professional that specializes in this condition. If you are experiencing symptoms of fibromyalgia it is important to mention these symptoms to your doctor and discuss the possibility that the symptoms are related to fibromyalgia. It is also important to emphasize to your doctor that the symptoms DID NOT EXIST PRIOR to the accident for purposes of clearly relating the condition to the accident.
