I think the first thing you have to do is call your bank and they can clarify what the transaction is about.

You need to call the department that charge you in order to know why..
Just call ur bank and check why u got that charge and what is the item ur getting charge. That is my best advice.
Walmart offers subscription services for deliveries. You may need to check with the department that your charges came from.
Tell the bank to freeze those charges as you think it might be fraud. See if they can help you investigate it. They usually at least find a contact number for the company who's charging you.
