I only got a pie,when last year I got both.When I asked they told me that it is all random doesn't matter how much you spend or how often you come. Pretty crazy

Just be super nice to the customer service people and they will get you a bunch of freebies, i.e. free slot plays, food certificate, free valet parking, even a free hotel or show tickets. It pays to kiss ass sometimes.

I think you have got to earn enough points during the previous month of the give away . Because I'm not a huge gambler and I do not receive some promotions where my husband likes to gamble and he gets all of the promotions.
