The room was dirty the bathroom had long pieces of hair that didn't come from me and the toilet and bathroom weren't cleaned throughly. The bed also smelled foul like it's never been cleaned. For how much they charge for a basic room they should at least clean the room and bathroom. I will never get a room there again. A couple nice things about the stay was the view from the 11th floor was beautiful and my friend won over a $1000 in less than 5 minutes down at the casino!

I asked about meeting friends for dinner and such. Was told the winds was open one of the days I would be there, and also stories dinner was open. However stories closed at 2 pm. How do I have dinner there??? Also there was trash left on the sink in the bathroom from a previous guest. It was in plain view and easily spotted. How am I to know that the room was truly cleaned? In a time where everyone is worried about covid I get a dirty room? Thanks. I ended my stay way early and simply left.

Decided to drive up for an overnight. Our room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. I wasn’t given any information at check-in as to check out time or if there was a breakfast or anything else. And checkout time just a thank you. Walked away with no paperwork whatsoever I don’t know if that’s normal but didn’t know if I liked that! We have been to the casino before and have won a little here and there. However this night was a big zero! The machines gave us absolutely nothing which was kind of a bummer since we had the freedom to stay and not drive home an hour and a half! Probably would come back again sometime but will wait for RV park to open!

Wow! It has been a while since we stayed overnight -things have changed. We had a smoking room, so the fact that it smelled was understandable, but that is no excuse for the filthy worn and stained carpeting. The upholstered chair was also full of stains. I was up early looking for a healthy lite breakfast to go. No coffee cart, Provisions not open til 11, nothing healthy at the little shop. Dining options really weak. Stories, that is it. Dinner at the Winds still good.

Center of building is good but should have a smaller at both ends at the building,
The new food court is nice and clean. However, it's somewhat confusing the way you order and pay. Would be better off to just allow customers to pay at the different food counters when ordering, as opposed to putting all the charges on one card and making one final payment on the way out. It's a new marketing tactic that encourages people to spend more when eating... and it works. Sort of like how one use poker chips at the Black Jack/Poker tables. The less people see money in their hands, the less emotion plays with their financial thinking. Then again if you are going to the casino to save money you already made a grave mistake to begin with.
Yes I work in the lounge every Tuesday. Bands play from 8pm to 12 am
I'm with Floyd.. They should never do that to anyone. Unless you want to stay at this casino then talk to Grand rewards about that. They know all about the promotions and give aways
