To qualify you have to fall into income requirements, basically the same income restrictions as low income housing. You have to have a need for housing, some examples are your family is overcrowded or you are living in substandard housing. You also have to be able to pay back a very reasonable mortgage. Even if you are not sure if you qualify it really pays to contact them, they are willing to work with most situations.
