My package is being delivered to the wrong address. How can I stop that? I have the tracking number. Can it be held at the post office for me to pick up?

I live in South Carolina and a package was delivered to that post office called lady yesterday told me it was in at mail box in Tampa 33617 no address she told me she was going to call back as soon as carrier return with package never called back I have been calling all day no answer now I am having this post offices investigation
