How much is first visit and follow up visits?

I'm unsure of the first visit, but each *monthly* uncomplicated follow-up visit is $240 as a self pay. They used to allow self pay to skip every other month. Not anymore.

It might depend on which doctor or PA you see. They have been making a lot of changes to the staff. I'd recommend calling and asking. As of a few years ago, self-pay was pretty expensive, but I don't remember the precise amount.
