She has renewed her DL twice since we have been married... never any problem. 1st time trying it online. 54 yrs old citizen for over 25 yrs.
If it's her first time renewing or obtaining an id/license of any sorts in Florida, the first time requires verification of citizenship. Myself and my daughter are both natives to Florida and I had an appointment for my daughter Friday about 2 weeks ago, we had to leave and come back the following Monday due to lack of paper work, by the grace of God i was able to get another appointment so soon. The woman was so polite, but unfortunately they can't even proceed without such documents so I had to put aside my pride, and apologize for almost fussing at her🤦🏾♀️ Yes it's a pain in the rear, but completely necessary after 911. I had to go through the same process to renew my own license back in 2010
