I would like to order pulled pork for 5 people, would 2 lbs. be enough? And could that be picked up in the same day it's ordered, or would I have to order that a day or two in advance?

Generally I would do a 1/2 pound to 3/4 of a pound per person. For 5 people I would do a minimum of 3 pounds. You should be able to order this the same day.
