During covid, wife lost her job so her car sat in our reserved spot for about a month and we got notice that it was "abandoned" and needed to be moved. Car was registered through the office, but they said "abandoned because it hasnt moved." 🤦♀️ PC is a joke!!!
Each apartment comes with an assigned one carport free of charge. There are unassigned parking stalls throughout the property. We also offer a garage for the premium of $150/mo.
Not the best, but not the worst.
