Deposit scam they don’t return your calls after application denied or send u a check out when there policy states that’s the return deposit in 21 days I’m to the point we’re I’m hiring a attorney to sue these company has hold My money for more than a month and a half now and won’t answer calls or emails so tired of playing phone tag with nomore answering and the property manger is a joke does not reply to Emails so unprofessional AVOID SCAMMM

Don’t do it. I think they’re scamming people. They go through greystar. You give them all they ask for they act like you’re about to move in only to say you’ve been denied and that it’ll take 21 business days to receive refund it’s been well over that and nothing. Been contacting them but to no avail and the property manager has a terrible attitude. Teoni I believe is her name. Just horrible.

DO NOT MOVE here. In 3 months the mail boxes have been broken into 2 or maybe even 3 times now. We have to go to the post office to get the mail and I’ve had sensitive mail stolen. Forcing me to purchase additional identity protection, so that’s another expense on top of my lease. The gates, both front and back, are always broken and left open for weeks at a time. Someone attempted to steal my car, entire ignition was torn up but at least they didn’t get the car. Greystar is a joke of a management company but they don’t care. Don’t risk it. There is no security.

Assistant Manager, Tetyana (Tattee), is the most helpful person I have come across in my apartment search. She kept a consistent line of communication open, which has been extremely hard to come by as of late. Her quick and helpful responses and overall hospitable and pleasant attitude made for a good experience. I would recommend Park Crossing simply for Tattee's professionalism and feeling like she truly cares about her tenants. She is indicative of an overall strong management team that would make living at Park Crossing pleasant.
