Fuccillo Nissan is a company that does NOT care about its customer. They want to obtain ALL of your information before they will even consider showing you a vehicle. And when they DO finally start to show you a vehicle, it will NOT be what you indicated that you wanted but what THEY think they sale you. I went there specifically to purchase a new truck, they only had two new ones and three used ones. The used ones where priced at what I could have bought either a Ford F150 or Dodge Ram. When I informed them of that I was told "then I guess you need to go there." Plus starting a few weeks later I start receiving letters from credit companies informing that my loan had been approved but since I never signed paperwork that the offer has been removed. I had over 20 inquiries sent out feom Fuccillo Nissan, when all I did was go and try to see what they had available. I was told by the salesman that they have a system in which they handle the customer which is get all of their info 1st.

I didn't have any problems with the personnel there...went in, told them what I wanted, they did their thing and I got my car the same day...even to service my car, they were prompt and helpful

This seems to be a trend in Auto sales and I vigorously disapprove of pulling credit scores prior to the time a customer has a chance to look at the selection which they MUST choose from. The reason is so simple, if you find they do not have what you want you will be walking out of that dealer with a HARD PULL against your credit score for absolutely no reason other than to ease the salesman's mind that he is not wasting his time on a customer that may not qualify for any car. YOUR CREDIT SCORE SHOULD NOT BE PULLED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN TO QUALIFY FOR A VEHICLE YOU DESIRE TO PURCHASE ->PERIOD! Sales men do not care if they harm your credit or what happens to you once you leave their car lot. Many of them are increasingly insensitive to the desires of customers and constantly push people toward what is easiest to finance and get your out the door. They very often do not want to spend time with a customer, instead they will hop around between two or three other people.
