Don't let Greg Morris do your paperwork. He snuck in a $3,000 service contract. It's taken 6 weeks to get it cancelled...still not...and credit union has wrong amount. I was told they cannot re do the paperwork. Bogus lies. Channel 8 if I don't get results

As a current client I wanted to upgrade our purchase for Mother’s Day . Two weeks ago on Monday I left a Message for a call back from a sales associate . It took 4 Days to get a call back from this dealership. I’ve never received one call or follow up ever since our purchase . I’m having our first service done soon and then we’ll take our business elsewhere. I’ll refrain from telling you how upset I still am . Thx for a memorable Mother’s Day . They told us they were gonna shred our paperwork. They cashed the check even though we cancelled the car. We have been waiting since Fri and still no check. Stop by Sat and we'll be all set. Then we told Monday but now its Tursday. Nothing but PVJ all weekend.
