On Saturday its the 1st 8 guaranteed for now as the only have one doctor, they still give out numbers 9 through 12 but are not guaranteed so make sure you get there between 5:30AM & 6:00AM to get in, Vaccines are all day till they close, the vaccine process is super fast, get there at 10:00AM for that service that way the line is short because it gets long for Vaccines. No appointment needed...
Also, keep in mind that the one in long beach only takes 8 patients (pets) on Saturday for the vet. Not sure how many they take for vaccines. There are two lines and they start lining up early for example for my pet to be seen for the vet I was there at 6:30 am but others were there at 5 am..

You can call for an appointment, or go there early like around 8am to get a same day appt. If you don't get an appt for the am you would get one for the afternoon. It also depends on what you want to get for your pet.
