Found female KITTEN about 4 weeks old, very tiny. I'd like to keep her but financially I can't afford to have her spayed or the shots. Income is $1,198; rent $1'000. I'm a retired senior CITIZEN. Any ideas or thoughts?

You can come to humane society to see if kittens can have shots that young. It's cheaper here than other places. Plus they have other locations that may suit your needs.

This is probably one of the most affordable places to get those services done. Otherwise you can reach out to local rescues and see if they can help raise funds to help you pay for those services. You'll need to wait a bit for the kitten to get older before she can get spayed anyhow so that may give you time to get that situated
