You can change scheduled appointments through our automated system via text or email. We do have a 2 business day cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule before the required 2 business days notice there is no fee to cancel or change your scheduled visit with our office
Their office generally sends out text and email confirmations to confirm your appointment. If you know ahead of time that you can't make the appointment and need to reschedule you click on the "please call me" button and they will call you to reschedule. Haven't had a problem this way. Best way to to speak with them to reschedule or cancel. Going back and forth via email is not as efficient
