Yes you can donate at the VA
You can always donate clothing and other items to the local D.A.V (Disabled American Veterans). But please check with the Wichita Veterans Hospital (Transition Living Center). That is the V. A hospice care. Thank you for your help!!
Definitely can on the clothing. See volunteer office. If you go in building 1 and head north their office is right there at the end of the hallway. There is also an info desk as soon as you walk into to building 1. I'm not sure if VA would accept the tires directly or not but they would likely know who could so they would still go to one of our veterans.
They always accept clothing but tires they dont.
