One of the owners is usually there. He lives nearby and he always walks his dogs near the restaurant. Ask the employees to call him and he'll come right over. I'm surprised to hear that guests have had a problem. Everytime I've visited the restaurant, one of the owners was always on premise. Good luck. If I'm down that way, I will stop in and get his number.
Just complain on yelp and all the other rating sites go ask for the manager at the place or call the place
There is no email nor contact form...it says 'coming soon'
