Is this beach still closed from 11 am to 5 pm ? And you do we only have to walk ? Last time they wouldn't let us sit down we had to keep walking around.

I was there two weeks ago. Parking red zones seem not get no tickets

Yeah it is still closed between 11am to 5pm. Parking lot is closed throughout. You can walk, bike around and I did not see anyone sitting. We went a little early around 9 and did not see anyone enforcing, but people were following the instructions.
