Anyone have any idea what parking is like around 11:00 on a weekday, are spaces available?

Pretty much completely full, the only spots left are in the far corner in the Permit Only lots. Those are open to non-permit parking after 10AM.

Went there today (Thur Sep 5) around 11a and ZERO fee-based parking spots. There were Permit spots open, but those require acct registration and ordering hangar tag well in advance. Several cars roving the lots like me, hoping something would pop up. I bailed after 12 min and no spot - just drove to Oakland. Pretty new station all dressed up but no where to go, at 11a. Billions spent on extension, but not enough spent for adequate parking.
