Basically, you sign up. You provide the last couple years of earnings, credit checks (4 hard credit checks), 2 years wait, provide 40 hours per week of hands on labor. No vacations allowed during the building phase. If your under the hours, you'll get a warning. Hours are super strict. My wife, her family, and my 2 additional helpers, and I put in so many hours. Yet, we where under (BS) hours and had to sign a formal warning letter of not meeting mandatory work hours.
