We had to let our beloved Hope go today and I am so grateful for Cesar Leon for his care and compassion throughout the event. In result, I feel more peace than pain, regret, guilt or any other negative emotions that come with the difficult decision we made. Thank you for being there for us.

Came in for trauma care for a cat wound. Waited about an hour to talk to doctor-all was resolved, and I was out the door with my prescription and my kitty before noon. Total time spent, 1 hr 15 min. Exam fee was $184 (standard, I think) and other care costs were what you’d expect from an emergency vet. The doctor herself was very effective in communicating treatment options to me, she took the time to answer all my questions, and I felt that she was honest and thorough in her work. All around good experience. I’ll update this review if anything changes (with kitty’s care plan success, etc) …. But, as it stands, I’m expecting smooth sailing in kitty’s recovery.

Yesterday after my dog was somehow able to get out of the house, our neighbor across the street found him. Worried and not knowing who our dog belonged too they made the decision to bring him to this location. Based on the camera our dog got out at 3pm by the time I tracked him down to this location approximately 8pm the vet had made a decision to put him down. Our dog was blind and deaf but ate well, was active, played with his toys and walked in circles since he was a puppy. Because they couldn't find the owners (not chipped) and the supposed condition of our dog the vet made a quality of life decision and put our dog down. Our dog had more chances of making it if he had gone to a kill shelter. At least their they wouldn't have killed him in 5 hours. My daughter was devastated and I was in disbelief that this happened.

They were there for us by phone all through the night, even though they were not our primary vet. When the time came to say goodbye to our best friend Cooper, at 6am on a Saturday morning, they took us in with compassion at an extremely difficult time. Thank you for your kindness.

Mine too :/
Not anymore. They're emergency only now. That's something best done with your primary vet or a groomer.
Sounds like the dog is scared. At least that is what I seen dogs do when they are experiencing a traumatic event like fireworks show. If this is happening without being provoke they may not be feeling well. But you would definitely need to have more information because these symptoms are quite vague. Like what happened prior to this event, how long have this been happening, and what other symptoms you are noticing.
I saw someone with a rabbit there. So I presume they do all small rodents.
Yes no one is allowed inside
I would take him and be prepared to go and him over to stay a night or two..Maje sure they get your name and address right..and be prepared to spend at LEAST 3,000 dollars.Same situation with my cat..found out I could have taken him to Banning for 400...and they aren't so busy..
It is an ER so proces are high
They didn't charge me or talk about pricing until they looked at my dog for the problem I was there for.
It's like 60 for a regular check up .. After hourd it's 155
