You may want to bring cosmetics and face wash from home if you plan on just using spa facilities. They have a little station for getting dolled up. Also be prepared to be fully in the nude with a bunch of strangers. No one is gonna judge you. But its nice to know before going.
Frist time, go and experience the Spa, RELAX. Bring cash or credit card if you plan on spending the day so you can order off the menu. Can't bring food in from outside. Bring sandals definitely.
Your misleading
No need bathing suit, you have to be nude in wet areas. You can bring your own sandals & water bottle if you want but not necessary. They have a wrist band system so if you buy food, they charge you on the electronic band which is also your locket key. You pay upon check out.
It's okay without anything! I have everything! If necessary, you should have a face wash or moisturizing cream, and if you sleep, you should have a mask, earplugs, and an eye mask. Some people are very noisy about snoring. It's not pitch black, so if you're curious, you need an eye mask. Large luggage can be stored at the front desk if you ask, so it is very conscientious.
