Your best bet would be to call chips and try to get a party deal. They have booths with Center dividers that can be removed for large parties and possibly a catering menu that can be served in house

Chips is a good idea. Call them. Do you know that there are 4 Chips restaurants?
They are also able to pull together tables to accommodate larger parties given enough notice. Also since you are planning for breakfast, if you don't call ahead, you might be waiting a long time for a lot of tables to open up. The line can get out the door after about 9:00 or maybe 10:00 if you are lucky.
Call ahead but it is usually first come first serve and the guy who does the seating is very good. There are a lot of choices check out the menu online if possible and there is a lot of food which may be wasted if taken home or not taken home...sharing is always a great way to go and great variety. Let your friends and family know this ahead of time It's not being cheap and if they will feel that way too bad for them unless they offer to pay. If u think of it as a buffet where u order a few different things of pancakes French toast eggs etc everyone can have a taste and share. I haven't had good experiences with the food at Chips. The Chips restaurant in Orange is better if you prefer to eat there. If youre paying the bill then i would suggest going to cracker barrel. You're near the mall and have plenty of activities to do after a big breakfast. A possible backup plan could be Chucky Cheese. It is a birthday.
