Mugwort is an herb known for it's regulating properties for the female reproductive system and glandular system. Olympic Spa has an extra warm soak bath filled with it. The best way to enjoy it is via "hydro-therapy": Soak until the intense heat makes you want to cool down. Then step into the ice cold soak pool until you get use to the cold then back into the mugwort bath, and so on. The heat sends your blood to the surface of your skin. The cold sends your blood to the body's internal organs. The back and forth/in and out change in temperature is like causing your circulatory system to breathe more optimally. Add the nourishing aspects of the Mugwort Tea and your body is truly winning! Olympic Spa is one of my most favorite places on 🌎!!

Smells like tea. It looks like tea, too. Very pleasant!

It is a extra hot water tub infused with a mugwart tea. It is supposed to have healing properties. I love it and chose this spa over the others because of it.
