Every time I have gone in there they have got the worst customer service they have a lot of product prices are pretty good but their employees could care less about the customers they let you wait they ignore you that go by you somebody have to be right with you and then I find somebody and say can you help me and goes yeah I'll be right with you and then he goes that scanning all of his product that is not customer service if it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a business so you need to treat them with respect and manners but they didn't they could care less and I ask for a manager and he said oh I'm sorry he said I'll take care of that but he had the attitude and the way you were standing and everything he didn't care he says well can I help you and I said no I will take my business elsewhere which I did I love Lowe's Lowe's is so friendly there right there to help you their store is a little nicer so I'm a Lowe's customer from now on
I've seen in the past where they have had free installation on specific flooring. I believe at the time it was a certain brand of carpet.
