I have been a patient for over 5 year and Blissful/Wellness has never let me down. Great service from beginning to end! The front desk is attentive, kind, and courteous. They send reminders to their patients prior to appointment times, which is great! The massage therapists are also amazing! They pay attention to their patients. If a massage is firm they ease off once you let them know. They are not there to torture you like some places I have been to. Finally let me talk about the Dr.'s. Dr.'s Tsai, Hsueh, Chang are very professional and masters of their craft. They listen to their patients needs and come up ways of TREATING them. They don't just snap you, and offer an extensive, costly plan to help you like other Chiro's do. I love that they are not pushy and that they are very accommodating. I leave every visit feeling like I was treated with care, and for that 30 to 60-minute treatment I was there number 1 priority. In 2015, I unfortunately had a non-fault car accident in which I had to be treated in my rib area. Never in my life did I imagine seeking acupuncture services. After doing my research, I picked Blissful Wellness to treat me. I am so glad I did. The treatment they provided was a huge factor in my healing and recovery. I then had an injury to my ankle in 2017 and without hesitation I returned to Blissful Wellness once again for acupuncture. It was a long recovery but most definitely would have been much longer without acupuncture treatment. I am now being treated for shoulder impingement caused by another non-fault car accident. I hesitated to get treatment with covid among us but I couldn’t take the pain. They take all the necessary measures and keep patients safe. Currently, Dr. Chang has treated me for the most part and he has helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s been another long healing process but I know that with time and Blissfull Wellness, I will most definitely get there. All three times, I have received great care and compassion during treatments. I am tremendously grateful to the staff for always listening and applying their expertise and determination to provide me some relief and healing. I trust them and appreciate that they change and/or adjust the treatment as needed. I would not get acupuncture treatment anywhere else, the service I have always received has been excellent and professional.
