Why did the waitresses stand around while I was seated at the counter? I had to ask the cashier to summond a waitress gor me.

When seated at the counter, you order at the counter. Not usually waitress service

I've never sat at the counter. Always had great service

It wasn't the same person behind the counter but...if they don't let the person who's working the counter know then something is wrong. Not a good environment or culture I'd say.

I hate to answer a question with a question but was it the same waitress that was standing maybe it wasn't her responsibility but again I have no idea
