I love sharma, however his office ladies are constantly messing up appointment times, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone to even make an appointment. As much as I love Sharma and his PA it's almost not worth being a patient. Very frustrating

Problem is, you won't find an equally OUTSTANDING pediatrician as he. We have that issue as well. It drives us crazy too. I'm sorry for your frustration.
