What time do they stop serving food? if they do? And do I really need to get a reservation it says it's recommended but it's only a Tuesday?

I'd say no reservation required on a Tuesday, and they'd probably serve food until 9 or 10 during the week.

I don't know about the times, but the times we've been we've never had a reservation and never had to wait very long to be seated.
