We were given a renovated apartment, which we expected to be decently made, however it turned out to be a cheap flip. During showing, I pointed out a moldy window frame, and was told it’ll be repaired. It wasn’t. When we first moved in, our washing machine was filled with rusty water and did not work or drain. We were then told to empty it ourselves, and the process got delayed another week. Between the incompetence here and PC Richards, our brand new washing machine was out of commission for about 2 months. If you have a nice car or a car that you care about, do not park it here. We have had our vehicles scraped and dented multiple times, and each time they call the police and are unable to provide evidence themselves. The hot water never works during the coldest part of the winter. It will be in the negatives outside, and the shower will be frigid cold. The garbage and recycling here is almost never taken out and is constantly overflowing, welcoming raccoons and other animals. The apartment next to ours was recently renovated, and once complete, the window was left open for about a month, which easily allows for rodents and water damage. Our recent discovery was a colony of what appear to be termites right on our porch. Overall, calling this place a “Luxury Complex” is a scam. They will keep increasing rent, while never fixing the fact that the leasing company is cheap, negligent, and has zero regard for their residents.

I have been here almost 6 yrs. I have seen many come and go, from tenants to staff and even the name of the property. I honestly love my unit, and the comfortable living. I enjoy the little space in the back to hear birds and have some plants. Some of the drawbacks have been with the repetitive plumbing problems that never get fully rectified, the bad experience with laundry room (no recourse when machines broke down on weekend and clothing was ruined), and the lack of updates to my unit that other units were getting (no equity for long term renters). If those things could be fixed, I'd be here forever.

I've been a resident of the complex for a couple years now. We have gone through at least 3 property management companies in 4 yrs. I must say that view living is one of the worst I've dealt with. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unpleasant. I've spoken to 1 nice person in the billion times I've called about on going issues. Do yourself a favor and just stay away.
