I believe it's $7 per day. Ferry tickets can be purchased on board or in the ferry building.

If you park by waterfront its 7$. If you park 2 block away in downtown its 5 dollars. If you need a monthly pass parking near waterfront is 45$ a month while downtown is 20$ a month. How do I know this? I park downtown to save money.
