I went there on three different days over 2 weeks. Each time the doors were locked and nobody was there. There was no sign on the door explaining anything, and the phone number seem to be disconnected. The best I could determine is they suddenly went out of business.

I had to get my car registered and I didn't want to wait in a long line at DMV, a friend told me about Stars. So I called and a lady told me to come down. Once I got there The staff there was GREAT and within 30 minutes I was on my way with my new registration and tags. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! ILL DEFINETLY GO BACK!!!
