Yes I have seen yesterday two dogs were running around and the owner was running after them calling, so make sure you're not far behind and have an eye on them
Yes.. but make sure you are not far behind as there are many twists and turns so they might get lost
i have seen dogs off leash. This location has lots of hills so i suggest your dogs if friendly and non aggressive to be off leash.
