Yes they have a restroom but I wouldn't use it . Transients tend to leave a mess. There is a restroom available in the Haggin Museum. Not sure if you would have to pay fee for entering the museum.
I agree about the restroom but they also can be dangerous. Also, unless you are part of NARM you do have to pay for the museum!
